• Where is the nearest grocery store?
  2 minutes away in the town of Coco
• Do you provide towels and linen?
  Yes. There is also a washer and dryer incase you need it and the maid will collect them as well.
• Is housekeeping available?
  Yes
• When is check in and check out times?
  Check-in 3pm Checkout 11am
• What forms of payment do you accept?
  Personal check, money order, cashier’s check. Reservations are made once the check clears.
• What is your deposit requirements and refund policy?
  We require 50% of the rental at the time of your reservation and the remaining balance plus a $250 security deposit two weeks before your arrival. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival we will return half of your deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your 50% deposit.
• Where can I rent scuba gear? Windsurfer? Fishing boat? Kayak?
  There are several places in the town of Coco, just a 2 minute drive from the property
• What restaurants and pubs are nearby?

  Senor Pizza – Takeout and delivery available as well as a casual sit down.

• Do cellphones work there?
  Yes if you tell your provider ahead of time to turn international roaming on. You dial a + and a 1 before the 10 digit number to reach the US.
• Is phone service available?
  Yes there is a phone at the house for local calls.
• When do I get my deposit back?
  You will receive your $250 security deposit within 2 weeks of your departure, if there are no damages.
• Do you have a discount for kids or seniors?
  Rates may be adjusted on a case by case basis. Please inquire if you have any special needs in your party.
• Do you offer long term rentals of a month or more?
  Yes we do. Please inquire about your dates.
