We have 4 villas to offer, for year-around vacation rentals. All are in the Province of Guanacaste, and are within easy driving distances of the Liberia International Airport (LIR), or slightly longer distances from San Jose International airport (SJO).
All villas are in gated estates, with spectacular views of the ocean/lakes/valleys/mountains, and all modern comforts. A variety of activities for family fun , adventure, and nature-exploration is available at each location.

Casa Antigua in Finca el Nin ( The Neem Farm)
Hacienda El Nin: This is a 2000 acre ranch, comparable to the best in Texas. It has a 4000 sft farm house with 4 Br/5baths, and all the modern aminities. There is a 1500 sft rancho ( gazebo) in front of the house, for family entertaining, cookouts, etc. There are two large rivers which run through the property, and fishing is a delight. There is a 300herd of cattle, and plenty of horses, to truly experience the tranquil life on a working ranch. An experience of a life time for the harried urban professionals from anywhere.

Casa Tranquila, Tilaran
New house, built in 2008. All modern aminities. 6000 sft house in a 4 acre gated estate, with breathtaking views all around. 4 BR/4.5 baths. Hot tub. Tropical gardens. Family vacation at its very best, in a well-maintained resort setting. Monte Verde rain forest, 3 volcanoes ( including the Aernal) close by. You can also spend a day at our 2000 acre ranch, Hacienda El Nin, for fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, etc. Hacienda El Nin is 30 minutes away by car.
